Winter Fest 2022

Friday, February 25th 6-10pm
Join neighbors in kicking off the year with an evening at Utepils! Tickets are $30 online till noon day of and $35 at the door. Dinner and a beverage token are included. Taco bar from 6:00-8:00pm, Silent Auction from 6:00-8:30pm, and music throughout. Percolators will turn up the volume for dancing from 8:00-10:00pm. Funds raised enable communications like The Bryn Mawr Bugle and email newsletters, beautification projects like the banners and neighborhood gardens, advocacy on important planning and safety efforts, and the planning of over eight annual events.
We’re monitoring CDC, MN Dept of Health, and Utepils’s covid guidelines.

Do you have a gift card that you would love to re-gift? Do you own a business and want to donate an item or gift card? Holiday present that is sitting on the shelf? Please contact Lynda Shaheen, coordinator@bmna.org to arrange a tax deductible donation. Donors will be listed in our Auction Catalog. We are also looking for Sponsors for the event. The money we raise through sponsorship will enable us to fund the costs associated with the event. Sponsors receive a free ticket and advertisement on our posters and social media posts. We have 3 levels of sponsorship: $100-Silver, $250-Gold, $500 Platinum. Silver sponsors receive 2 free tickets to the event, Gold-4 free tickets, Platinum-8 free tickets.
