The Bryn Mawr Sustainable Community: Energy Competition has begun
Sign-up Now!

The Informational Meeting for the Bryn Mawr Sustainabilty Capital Project was held Wednesday, September 17, 2008.  Fourteen neighbors attended the event and everyone walked away with prizes and information on how to help our neighborhood “Go Greener.”

A representative from the Center for Energy and Environment (CEE) explained how they will track and compare your energy usage during the 12 month period. Refer to the graph to see how your results would appear for your household each month.  Results for individual homes’ energy usage will be kept strictly confidential.  However, each of the 7 area’s results will be posted in the Bugle each month.

Our Co-Reps for this project, Bekah Padilla and Tracy Cook, will bring this information to the Harvest Dinner on Oct. 30th.  The goal is for 140 households to sign-up. This would be only 20 households per each of the 7 areas of the neighborhood!  We have 9 households signed up thus far.

Sign-up prior to December 1, 2008.
